This study aims to uncover the social dimensions underlying the delinquency of juveniles accused of homicide in Gaza Strip. The significance of the study lies in the scarcity of field-based research addressing this phenomenon within a uniquely Palestinian context, characterized by chronic blockade and economic deterioration, which necessitates a profound understanding of the social factors embedded beneath criminal behavior. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach alongside the case study method. Data collection instruments comprised a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The study population consisted of all delinquent juveniles accused of homicide in the southern governorates, from which a purposive sample of (61) juvenile offenders was selected, in addition to samples drawn from parents and specialist practitioners. Among the most salient findings of the study is that the context of war and blockade constitutes the most decisive factor in juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, family disintegration contributes to shaping the social and psychological predisposition toward deviance at a rate of 87.6%. The findings also confirmed that family disintegration operates as a cumulative destructive trajectory rather than an isolated factor, with the accumulation of familial trauma registering a radical impact at 89.6%. The study recommends the adoption of a comprehensive approach encompassing: the reinforcement of psychological and familial counseling programs, the activation of early prevention policies, the establishment of a community-based early warning system, and the reform of national legislation for the protection of juveniles in the Gaza Strip...................
