This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an electronic program based on mobile learning via interactive video and its impact on the development of visual thinking among students at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. To achieve this objective, the study employed both the descriptive-analytical and quasi-experimental methodologies. The study population comprised all male and female students enrolled in the Computer and Internet course at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza during the second semester of the academic year (2022–2023), totaling (1,818) students, distributed across (18) study sections: (11) female sections and (7) male sections. Four sections were randomly selected—two male and two female sections—from among those enrolled in the aforementioned course during the specified semester. The findings revealed statistically significant differences in visual thinking in favor of the female students in the experimental group. In light of these results, the study recommended the adoption and generalization of the program, the enhancement of the electronic learning environment, and the provision of teacher training on the integration of mobile technology into instructional practices...........
