Preface
الحمد لله الذي تتم بنعمته الصالحات الذي من علينا بتجديد اعتماد المجلة الدولية للعلوم والتقنية في البرنامج الوطني لتطوير المجلات العلمية ضمن دليل المجلات الليبية الالكتروني (DOLJ)، والصلاة والسلام على النبي الكريم معلم البشرية محمد الذي أرسله رحمة للعالمين.
أما بعد.
فهذا هو العدد التاسع والثلاثون – الجزء الاول من المجلة الدولية للعلوم والتقنية، الذي سنتيح فيه للبحّاث الكرام وطلبة العلم وسيلة رصينة لنشر أعمالهم البحثية ولتشجيعهم على المزيد من التفوق والنجاح في أعمالهم البحثية وفتح أفاق جديدة للبحث والدراسة.
وكما عودناكم،.... فقد حرصت هيئة التحرير في هذه المجلة أن تجعل من هذا العدد منبرا علميا يتيح للأساتذة والعلماء وطلبة العلم في جميع الأقطار الحصول على كل ما توصلت اليه الأبحاث العلمية الحديثة والمميزة.
وفي هذا العدد تناولت الورقات البحثية (كما سيرى الباحث الكريم) عدة مجالات علمية مختلفة ومتنوعة منها ما يتناول المواضيع الهندسية البحثة كالهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وغيرها من المجالات الهندسية ومنها ما يتناول المجالات التطبيقية الأخرى.
وكما دأبت المجلة الدولية للعلوم والتقنية في نشر البحوث العلمية المحكّمة التي تقدم ما هو جديد ومفيد للبشرية، ها هي اليوم تضع بين أيديكم عدة أوراق علمية متخصصة ضمن عددها الثاني عشر والذي نطمح أن يكون في خدمة العلم والعلماء. سائلين الله تعالى التوفيق والسداد.
